TURTLE CHEESECAKE BROWNIE CUPS

Ingredients

1 box Chocolate Lover’s Fudge Brownie Mix
½ cup butter, melted
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp. water
1 box Turtle Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
Pecans (included in the Turtle Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix box)
Caramel sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Coat mini-muffin pan bottoms with vegetable spray (do not use paper liners). Combine Chocolate Lover’s Fudge Brownie Mix, butter, eggs and water in a large bowl; stir until moist. Place teaspoonfuls of batter into mini-muffin pan and bake 13-17 minutes. Remove from oven while still warm, press the centre of the brownie with the end of a wooden spoon to form a cup; let cool. Run thin knife blade around edge of muffin cups to release brownie bites. Let cool completely.

Combine cream cheese with Turtle Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix. Spoon mixture into the prepared brownie cups. Sprinkle with included pecans.
Drizzle with caramel sauce just before serving.
